Laboratory Technician to work on the automation of laboratory processes

IMDEA Energy is opening a Laboratory Technician Position for the Photoactivated Processes Unit, looking for talented candidates to work on the automation of laboratory processes.
Principales tareas:
- Process automation with Labview, Siemens PLC and Python.
- Programming of Yaskawa SDA 10F or similar robotic arms.
- Management of internal and web databases.
- Modelling of parts by 3D printing.
Requisitos obligatorios:
- Higher Degree in Automation and Industrial Robotics (FPII) or similar
Otros méritos a valorar:
- Proven expertise on automatization/robotization chemistry Laboratory
- Proven knowledge on programming, as Python, R, C++, etc. and also in Labview, and SolidWorks.
- Oral and written communication skills in English
- Adequacy of the candidate's training to the requested profile.
- Work experience related to the profile of the job position.
- Knowledge of English.
- Motivation for accomplishing high-quality research.
- Remuneration: Between 17.000€ – 21.000€ per year, depending upon qualification and expertise.
*The contract includes all the benefits of the Spanish Public Health and Social Security System.
