IMDEA Energy is opening an Administration Staff Position for the Finance Department.

Initiative, ability to work in a team, versatility in functions and, above all, desire to undertake a new project in an innovative and stable centre.

The duties to be performed include, among others:

  • Administrative tasks inherent to the position.
  •  Management of orders and suppliers, review of offers and documentation control.
  •  Claims management. Data entry, control and maintenance.
  •  Support in audits and meetings by preparing and following up documentation.
  •  Support in the organisation of meetings and events.
Requirements

Compulsory Requirements: 

  • Professional Training Degree in Administration and Finance or related areas.
  • Having less than 4 years in possession of this official training.

Merits to value:

  • Work experience related to the job profile.
  • High level of knowledge of the office package, mainly excel.
  • High level of written and spoken English.
Selection Criteria
  • Adequacy of the candidate's training to the requested profile and knowledge of Office.
  • Work experience related to the profile of the job position.
  • Knowledge of English
Conditions

Duration: One-year Training contract with the possibility of continuity depending on job performance.

Remuneration: 13.500 € annual gross salary.

IMDEA Energía: Mostoles, Madrid.
